STOCK POT--Another cool miniature! This stock pot is very realistic. It is made of heavy black plastic and is food and dishwasher safe. No need to worry what she will put in it for play! (food pictured, not included)

Size for this pot is 3-1/2 diameter (includes handles) x 2 inches tall, with the lid on. Just a perfect scale for the American Girl dolls. (I think the blue pot that comes with Kit's Stove is just too large for the doll.)

When I (Betsy) was a little girl my mother got me wonderful kitchen play toys. I had a little breakfront (server) with drawers and shelves that was the nicest thing I have ever seen for little girls to pretend with. Our three little girls loved playing with it, too. It was stocked with all sorts of realistic little dishes and cooking pots and pans. I made a stove for our girls to play with in the playhouse I built for them. The cooking elements were swirls of red paint. The sink was a stainless steel bowl inserted into a hole cut out for it. I still use one of their real mini Farberware pans to melt butter in the kitchen.
