Has my order shipped? | |
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Your tracking number will be posted here when the label is purchased on our end. Then the package will go out with the next carrier pick-up. Once it is scanned into their system you will begin to be able to watch your package progress as it comes to you. | |
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? | |
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. | |
How do I track my order? | |
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. We use carriers that allow you to follow the progress of your package as it travels to your door. Copy your tracking number and enter it into the box on the carrier's site, usually USPS.com. | |
My order never arrived. | |
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, it has shipped. You can follow your package progress to you using that tracking number on the carrier's site. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact your carrier/post office with your tracking number for assistance. (It is your responsibility to assure the security of your address/mailbox. If you have concerns please have us send your package to a more secure location like your office. Once the package tracks as delivered our responsibility ends.) If your package is lost in the mails, wait a few days to see if it shows up again. Most of the time the lost package will be found and delivered late. If it is not found, and you have already contacted your carrier with no result, please send us a note at [email protected]. |

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm all of your packages were delivered. If your packages all show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at [email protected] for assistance. We are human on this end! Please understand we prefer to communicate in writing because it is a clear record of what all parties have said. We are in the happiness business. We always want our customers to be happy! About backorders... | |
At Lovvbugg.com we generally do not accept backorders and we do not sell you drop-ship items. Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. Once you receive a tracking number from us you will be able to follow the progress of the package as it travels to you. |
