(skip this if you don't enjoy my little stories:)---I remember when our oldest girl, then 6 years old, was approached by someone on the one block walk between our house and my best friend's house. Gracey kept her cool and said ''NO!'' when the man, in his car, stopped and asked if she wanted some juice. I was right there, only about 150 feet away, with the back door open! I had just brought my mother, Nana, home from the hospital and called to say the kids could walk home. Gracey huffed in saying, ''That man wanted to know if I wanted some juice!'' I leaped for the phone, calling 911 ASAP. The policeman came right away and told us she was not the only child approached in our neighborhood. He had also tried his luck at our local park that day. I always told our kids to stay out of arm's reach of people they didn't know. He had backed her up close to a fence on our alley so she was just lucky to be out of reach and he was in his car. After that, the kids were not allowed to walk down the alley between our houses...Yup, there's a lesson in there! I don't want to waste your time; I just want to help you know how to keep your kids safer.

Will fit Bitty Baby but it will hang longer on her. This is true of most clothes for the 18'' dolls. Skirts will hang longer, as will pants. If that is acceptable to you then the girl will already have clothes to fit her 18 inch girl doll when that time comes!
