BROWN HORSE OR FOAL FOR YOUR DOLL-- If you and your American Girl doll love horses, you will love this pretty guy. The horse sold by Mattel / American Girl is just covered with velvet fuzz like many doll hats. The fuzz doesn't last over time. This horse is covered with real fur (*goat, which is hypoallergenic). The mane and tail are strong and nice to brush!

This foal stands 12 inches high and is 13 inches from nose to tail. A nice size to play with and doesn't take up the space of a larger horse.

*A word about goat fur: We don't like to think of it, either, but we must understand goat skins are a commodity just like cow leather. Goat is a common meat in many countries and the skins are a byproduct of that food industry.
