The set is pictured with the American Girl doll's hand so you can see the scale. The toothbrush is 2 inches long; the cup is 5/8" tall x 5/8" diameter, plus hadle.

These are made of eraser rubber. It would require mold fees and an order for 10,000 units per color to have them made of hard plastic. These have been the standard toothbrush for dolls for more than ten years now.
