This ruffly dress has tiny black flowers on a white background. The yoke is elasticized and it has ties over the shoulders.

What is great about this style is that it closes in back with snaps instead of velcro! It is much better for your doll's hair than styles with velcro. When I used to have my doll shop we made all of my styles without velcro. Now I don't have time to sew much anymore.
