This was one of five items I ordered and paid for. I received a package from Lovvbugg addressed to me but inside it was an order for 5 pairs of shoes for someone else. I have now emailed Lovvbugg twice. Betsy responded to the first email that she was referring it to Richard who managed their shipping to figure how what happened. I've heard nothing further nor have I received my correct items. Needless to say I am not pleased with the current Lovvbugg customer service. Please stay tuned for hopefully further developments.
