This jacket is beautiful.  It's fully lined and well made.  I bought it for a Gotz Sara (now called Hannah) doll.  It is a little full in the chest so I laundered it in a lingerie bag and dried it on low with a pair of my jeans.  Once it's softened up it fits so nice.
