Maybe you want to get dressed within a set amount of time. Maybe you need to make sure you brush your teeth longer. I was able to get the top off of mine but it was difficult to get back on. You might open it to put something small inside as ''food'' but I recommend an adult's careful help in getting the top back on without damaging the timing mechanism.

Dimensions are 4 inches tall x 2-1/8 wide x 2-5/8 inches deep. Perfect!
