LOVVBUGG REPRO RIDING HABIT FOR FELICITY--We are sosososo proud to introduce our new reproduction riding habit for Felicity Merriman, the Colonial girl doll who is Elizabeth's friend. It's a beautiful reproduction! We're sure you will agree it is worth every penny!

Comes with these pieces:
  • Green Wool Flannel Riding Jacket (wool blend) made with lots of intricate pieces for a beautiful fit. There are three gold ribbon stripes on each cuff, each with a gold button. The jacket closes in front behind the satin 'vest,' with gold rivets permanently attached as smaller gold buttons. The lapels on front have gold stripes, a nod to military style, with a gold button covering the end of each. The collar is decorated with a circle design embroidered in yellow. The jacket has attached peplum skirt with matching gold stripes. In back there are several pieces creating a lovely shape. The peplums are longer in back and have box pleats. Lovely!
  • The skirt has a green satin waistband, just like the original had. We ordered openings on each side like the original but some factory worker changed it without asking us. There are pleats in both the front skirt and the back. Closes with hook-and-loop. You may think the skirt is a little bit short but remember: this was a skirt meant for riding a horse in. She wore good boots and wanted to keep her hem out of the mud and the muck!
  • Tricorn Hat with gold cord and gold braid PLUS two pheasant feathers to put under the cord. This hat is made of a wonderful velvety fabric, not felt.
Don't worry about this fitting the older, chubbier dolls. Our Felicity is one of the earliest ones sold!

We're happy to report we also have Elizabeth's Riding Habit reproductions now. They really turned out beautifully and also have a hat with feather!
