This coat is very, very nice quality, with a nice weight of fake fur and fully lined, as is the generously sized bucket-style hat. Your daughter can shape the hat in several different ways. The coat closes with velcro behind shiny metal buttons.

This coat is made especially to fit American Girl dolls, and particularly Samantha if you are looking for  her clothes. 

• The coat is made of navy velour velvet trimmed with white "fur."  The black braid fasteners add real pizzazz to the front closure.  They don't really show up in the photo very well. 
• You also receive black knitted mittens which are on a cord to put thru the sleeves so she won't lose them!

This is one of the cutest items in my store!  Dark Brown vinyl "leather" pilot style bomber jacket has elastic at sleeves and bottom, "shearling" collar, sturdy metal zipper, and three patches, two say "United" and there is an American flag on the left sleeve.
