Lovvbugg offers the following Returns Policy:

Defective merchandise will be replaced at no charge and a return postage label will be provided to you or refund of return postage will be made to you. On returns for reasons other than defect postage will not be refundable and a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your full purchase price refund.
