Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How do I check out if I do not have a Paypal account?
A: You do NOT need a Paypal account in order to pay with a credit card. Paypal is my credit card processing company in the same way that Novus is the processor for lots of walk-in stores (you see it on a sticker by the door, but probably never thought about it). Just keep following the check out path. You will be given the opportunity to enter your credit card information safely. You will see the Paypal brand name, but it will not cause any problems.

Q: Can I use my Paypal balance to pay if I have a Paypal account?
A: YES!
