INDIAN DRESS & HEADBAND
Made especially to fit American Girl and other popular 18 inch girl dolls, and especially Kaya, or for Kirsten to wear when she wants to dress like her friend Singing Bird. Not made by Mattel/American Girl. We have handpainted the thunderbird design on the front. You will receive:
When our son was little I made him his 'Indian jammies,' which he wore and wore. I painted the thunderbird on the front of the shirt and various other designs I got from a real book about Indian (Native American) sign language. I remember that one design was a bear paw with a red spot in the middle that meant 'dead bear' like 'I killed a bear!' Then my friend's sons wore them, too. Eventually, she returned them to me. They were worn so thin that there were holes! Everyone just loved those pajamas. They were used as a Halloween costume several times. Great memories.
Also, this design was purchased from me for use on a line of collectible Teddy bears.
The moccasins in the photo are available, sold separately, in my store. I have several styles.
